Explanation: The team has little experience in estimating this level of tasks with varying levels of complexity. Also many other variables from daily life can affect the previously estimated schedule.
Prevention Tasks:
To avoid the risk of time management issues, we held several meetings in which various processes for the development of the project were carried out so that possible scenarios were analyzed, and thus better managed the time for distributing tasks while also using methods such as "planning poker" to achieve better estimations. We are also using advanced project management tools such as Jira to help us ensure we stay on track by visualizing progress and enabling precise task management.
Mitigation Tasks:
The strategy to reduce the impact of poor time management of activities will be by applying 30% above the stipulated time for each project activity.
